He was very knowledgeable about the different buildings and history of the things we passed by. He was able to tailor the tour according to my preferences and was always helpful when needed, going beyond what was on the itinerary, like stopping for a cheese tasting on the side of the road when I mentioned I liked cheese. He had no qualms in taking pictures of me, even when wind temp were freezing when we went up the mountain.…”
